This meeting will be focused on crisis management. The discussion includes  the following questions:

  • – What lessons did we learn from managing previous crisis situations?
  • – What are the “ingredients” that constitute a robust risk management framework?
  • – How to develop necessary skills and create tools, systems and infrastructure needed to mitigate a crisis?

We will also discuss what risk management should do to ensure that early warning signals of potential crises are in place and people at all levels of an organisation stay alert and ready to manage a crisis situation.
