The ongoing COVID crisis already had a negative impact of the business processes and corporate culture. A poll that European Risk Management Council recently ran revealed that according to respondents (C-level executives) the prolonged remote working already created an erosion of corporate culture and values and a decline of collaboration and inclusion. To address these concerns, the meeting participants will discuss how to re-set the business culture and make it fit to the new reality.
