Membership

Unlike many business clubs, joining this community is not based solely on financial contribution. Membership is determined primarily by your standing within the risk management profession and the value your insights can bring to the Council’s agenda and industry discussions.

The European Risk Management Council is a community of senior risk leaders who advocate for recognising risk management as a value-creating function. Council members typically include risk executives from major banks, insurance companies, asset managers, other financial institutions, and leading consultancies, such as:

– Chief Risk Officers and Chief Compliance Officers
– Global Heads of Risk, Members of Executive Committees
– Managing Directors in Risk and Compliance functions
– Senior Risk Consultants or Partners

To become a member of the Council, prospective candidates must be recommended by an existing member.
